DIGNITY OF HUMAN LIFE SUNDAY

The Archdiocese of Ottawa-Cornwall invites all its parishes to celebrate dignity of Human Life Sunday, Feb. 8. Our focus will be on the sanctity and dignity of human life at the end of life, encouraging prayer, reflection and pastoral support for the elderly, the sick, the vulnerable and their caregivers. A guest speaker will be at both parishes to speak after mass.

NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH

High soprano Karen once sang in the choir, but for several services she was in the congregation. When asked why she no longer sang, she explained, "One Sunday when I was home sick with a cold, several folks asked if the organ had been repaired."
